Composite pressure vessels have the characteristics of light weight, corrosion resistance, good sealing, and high reliability, been widely used in military civilian applications. With widespread use composite today, determining how to conduct scientific research correct analysis becomes very important. continuous development computer technology improvement finite element algorithms, numerical calculation method has become an important for studying vessels. In this paper, filament wound is carried out by means ANSYS OpenSees. The semi-analytical optimize design with help Python tool. parametric language different fiber layer schemes. optimal scheme obtained Nelder-Mead optimization function optimization. angle thickness after multiple iterations are 9.96875° 0.03325 m, respectively.
